What Your Textbooks Left Out
A socio-historical education project exploring the facts from Russia’s history which are still left out of school textbooks
The objective of the Rossiya Segodnya media group project, What Your Textbooks Left Out, is to foster patriotism and shape national identity, while also contributing to an accurate understanding of Russian history.
The media group’s journalists speak with experts to explore historical events and separate fact from legend. The resulting research materials, special projects and podcasts are published on a special page on the RIA.RU website.
