Sputnik and OSBU Academy for Media Training, affiliated with the Union of Radio and Television Organizations of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OSBU) organized an interactive specialized lecture on the art of photography.
The event was attended by a distinguished group of media professionals and photographers from the member states of the Union.
Dr. Amr El-Leithy, President of the Union, inaugurated the lecture, emphasizing that this session is part of a series of training programs aimed at developing the skills of media professionals from the Union’s member states. He also stressed the importance of sustaining cooperation with SputnikPro program in supporting journalists and enhancing quality standards.
The workshop, delivered by the agency’s senior editor, Ms Ekaterina Volkova covered the latest techniques and methods used in photography, focusing on the importance of collaboration between photographers and editors to ensure the production of impactful visual content. She also highlighted the importance of participating in international photo contests.
The session witnessed significant engagement from participants, who highlighted the importance of such events in finetuning of their skills and enhancing their professional capabilities.
This collaboration between OSBU and Sputnik is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen joint media work and support media professionals.
